Only a few, our trails are on minor roads and we share them with farmers on tractors and typical ape-cars, they are very respectful of the speed limits and always give way to cyclists.

At sunset, especially during the summer, there are several mosquitos that may bother you while cycling. We suggest insect repellant.

Sportswear is highly recommended however if you are on holiday and you don’t have any we suggest you try to wear a comfortable pair of trousers and shoes. Avoid flip flops and clogs.

Yes but we’ll choose an itinerary that suits you. We suggest the Masseria Tour for vintage cyclists.

None of the trails we perform are difficult as our target is to show Puglia is a slow and passionate manner, so you can discover the true meaning of the area .. Tours have no competitive purpose and no prize will be assigned to the fastest cyclist.

We do not provide food however we can suggest different solutions for lunch or dinner; in restaurants, masserias that cook local products with attention and love (most of the times self-produced), typical delicatessen that make outstanding sandwiches with food selected from local farmers, bars and rotisseries specialized on hot panzerotti at any time, day and night.

Yes, you can. If the bike is a MTB with 27,5” or 29” wheels, remember to also bring spare and proper tubes. Avoid joining us with grandpa’s old bike, that might look very nice but for sure you’ll be left struggling without gears.

No, we provide the bike and a helmet is included in the price. lf you like, you can bring your own bike and get 5€ discount on the full price.
